aicad Beta Licence

aicad is proprietary software. It is made available to you for evaluation
during its beta programme on the following terms.

1. Grant. You may install and run aicad on computers you control, to make
   your own designs, for as long as the beta programme runs or until the
   copyright holder withdraws this licence.

2. Restrictions. You may not copy, publish, redistribute, sell, rent, lend or
   sublicense aicad, in whole or in part; nor modify it or make works derived
   from it; nor reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the
   extent the law expressly allows despite this term, and except as clause 5
   allows.

3. Your designs. Everything you make with aicad -- designs, models, drawings,
   exports -- is yours. aicad claims nothing in it.

4. Feedback. Suggestions and bug reports you send may be used to improve
   aicad without any obligation to you.

5. Third-party components. aicad contains open-source components under their
   own licences, listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md. Those licences govern those
   components, and nothing in this licence narrows the rights they give you.
   Some of them are under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL). For
   those, you may replace the component with another version of it, modify
   aicad for your own use so that it works with the replacement, and reverse
   engineer aicad to debug such modifications, as the LGPL requires; you may
   not distribute aicad so modified.

6. No warranty. aicad is beta software, provided "as is" and "as available",
   without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty
   of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
   Its geometry, checks, simulations and analyses are aids to design, not
   certification: you are responsible for verifying any part you make, use
   or sell.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the
   copyright holder is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect,
   arising from the use of or inability to use aicad.

8. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you break its terms. When
   it ends you must stop using aicad and delete every copy you hold.
